VINTAGE LOUIS ROEDERER CRISTAL 1999 Created in 1876, this is a Champagne at its finest, as inspired today as it has always been, the embodiment of elegance and purity.Cristal is made according to the strictest criteria based on a drastic process of selection applying to the vintage, the cru, the village, the grapes and finally the wines. Only Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from the Houses 10 most celebrated crus are used in the production of this legendary cuvee. This vintage Champagne is produced almost every year. A refined wine with excellent potential longevity, it looks stunning in its clear bottle. SALON 1995 BRUT BLANC DE BLANCS LE MESNIL This is assertive and grainy in texture, a big-boned Champagne that's powerful and intensely flavored. Biscuit, graphite, honeysuckle, peach and floral notes come together, defined by the firm structure, and last through the complex finish. Needs a little more time for the elements to harmonize. Drink now through 2018. 1990 VEUVE CLICQUOT LA GRANDE DAME "BRUT", FRANCE, CHAMPAGNE On the nose this wine is exceptionally elegant. Dominant floral notes (mint and white flowers) mingle with hints of fresh fruit (citrus fruits, fresh almonds). As it undergoes aeration, riper notes of vanilla and nougat come to the fore, giving a pleasant roundness to the wine. At this stage a typical Chardonnay characteristic, crisp elegance, clearly prevails over aromatic strength. In the mouth, the Pinot Noir reveals its true personality.Fruity notes (white peaches, grapefruit and bergamot) dominate an energetic attack on the palate, which is prolonged by the structure and roundedness of the wine. The balance, a combination of freshness and vigour, is ideal. With a finish that is extremely persistent and clean, mineral notes add force to this noble wine. NICOLAS FEUILLATTE 1996 GRANDE CUVEE PALMES D'OR Only truly exceptional years qualify to produce it. It is made from 50% Chardonnay which provides elegance and finesse, and 50% Pinot Noir, for body and power. Its a pale yellow hue with fine delicate bubbles. Its complex aromas are dominated by notes of pastry and caramel, lifted by subtle touches of fennel, star anise and lemon peel. Smooth and long on the palate; beautifully balanced. 1995 PERRIER JOUET FLEUR DE CHAMPAGNE BRUT VINTAGE Bursting with flavor, this assertive, nicely maturing wine has vivid toasty-earthy aromas, ripe flavors and a rich mousse. Complex nuances of honey, toasted almond and spices linger on the finish. |

NON-VINTAGE NV VEUVE CLIQUOT PONSARDIN CHAMPAGNE BRUT Clicquot's signature non-vintage Brut is loved all over the world for its crisp, full flavors, consistent quality and celebratory yellow label. This classical dry Champagne is a blend of two-thirds black grapes (Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier) for body, balanced with one-third Chardonnay for elegance. It has a fine persistent sparkle and golden Champagne color. NICOLAS FEUILLATTE CHAMPAGNE BLUE LABEL BRUT NV A blend of 40% Pinot Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. This is a deliciously floral, light-bodied, wonderfully subtle yet effervescent Champagne that stood out in my tastings as one of the finest values in the non-vintage category. BOLLINGER CHAMPAGNE Pale hue. Very fine bead indeed. Evolved nose, with coffee and caramel, honey and coconut macaroons. Fresh, with a very gentle, sparkling, pétillant mousse. Quite light, no great impact or body, but with some nice bitter coffee notes.A stunning wine, the Bollinger Special Cuvee offers exhilarating flavors of ripe apples and creme brulee; lively and long on the palate; perfect with bacon-wrapped scallops. WHITE STAR MOET & CHANDON CHAMPAGNE White Star, a balanced blend of the three vine varieties, reveals a harmonious succession of sensations, a soft maturity, elegant lines, offering you sensations which can be shared and celebrated at any time. White Star Quality : Extra-dry. Assemblage : Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. color : golden yellow with shades of amber. Aroma : aroma of flowers, hazelnuts, and biscuits. Palate : soft with a fruity finish, evoking the peach. PERRIER-JOUET GRAND BRUT Fresh and lively with spiraling bubbles, delicate bouquet, and a subtle complex flavors. 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinor Meunier and 20% Chardonnay. Serve for all occasions, hors d'oeuvres, caviar, seafood dishes with light elegant sauces, or smoked salmon. |

NON-VINTAGE SPARKLERS GLORIA FERRER SONOMA BRUT This brut exhibits a lively, yet delicate pear-like bouquet that sets it apart from other sparkling wines. The fresh fruit flavors are backed by a subtle and developing toastiness. In sipping the wine, the effervescence gives way to a creamy roundness, classic in a predominantly Pinot Noir blend. Sonoma Brut was the winery's maiden wine first released in 1985. 2002 Gold Medal Winner, Riverside International Wine Competition. Appellation: Sonoma County Pinot Noir: 80-90% Chardonnay: 10-20% MUMM NAPA BRUT PRESTIGE SPARKLING WINE Rose petal aromas with touches of vanilla and melon on the palate, firm acid and crisp structure make this one of Napa's best value sparklers. Medium bodied, with excellent mousse and a rich lingering finish, it pairs beautifully with shellfish such as oysters, prawns and mussels. 51% pinot noir, 46% chardonnay, 2% pinot meunier and 1% pinot gris. KORBEL CALIFORNIA CHAMPAGNE EXTRA DRY Korbel Extra Dry is a crisp, off dry champagne, which is light, refreshing and very easy to like. Extra Dry has flavors of citrus, melon and spice. Korbel Extra Dry is a good pairing for salads with sweet fruit-based dressings, and spicy foods, especially Thai or Vietnamese cuisine using cilantro, ginger and chilies. FREIXENET CARTA NEVADA SEMI DRY Bubbly Champagne from Freixenet Spanish. Its fullness of taste makes it as suitable as a dinner wine as it is for any other occasion. M. LAWRENCE SEX SPARKLING WINE BRUT ROSE A provocative blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes that are hand picked and carefully whole-cluster pressed. The juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks, then blended with reserve wines and fermented a second time in a closed tank [the cuve close method]. The wine is then filtered, dosaged, and bottled. |
