Cakes from our classic, traditional favorites, and themed categories require a 5-day notice.
The cake flavors available for a 5-day notice are chocolate, yellow, marble, white, confetti, lemon, strawberry and red velvet.

Through our website, you will be able to place your cake order yourself. You will also be able to customize a personal message.
If you don’t see what you are looking for, please fill out the general contact form at the bottom of the page. Any inquires require at least a 7-day notice. If it is less than 7 days, please submit a cake order through our online ordering system.
Tortes:
6” or 8” ROUND in season Tortes require a 5-day notice.
We only offer 6”, 8” and 10” size tortes. If you need to feed more than a 10” cake will serve, we suggest getting 2 tortes so you have enough servings.
Larger size tortes or any changes to inside/outside i.e decorations or flavors: – REQUIRE 1 week notice. – Changes involving flavor of cake or fillings automatic $15 fee. – A cake consultant will look over your order and let you know if your special instructions on your online torte order will be any extra charge or if it is available.
Placing a Custom Cake Order:
What is a Custom Cake? A custom cake at Holiday Market Bakery is any design that is not in our themed, classic, or traditional flavors list. If there is a cake picture you found online, that would be considered a custom cake. If you saw one of our cakes on an online account that is tagged custom and/or celebration, that is also considered a custom cake.
If you are looking to place any 2-tiered cake, that is considered a custom cake.
If you want to place a custom cake: Cake Consultants are the only staff members available to help you place your order. Our dates get sold out quickly, so the cake consultant will be able to let you know if that date is available or not. The customer needs at least 2 weeks out to place any custom cake orders. If it is less than 2 weeks, please look at our online system to place an order. If a cake consultant is unavailable, our counter staff will be happy to take a message. The best way to reach one of our cake consultants will be through the online custom cake inquiry form. – Customer Quote requests must be submitted through our website. All Sculpted Cakes require at LEAST a 3-week notice and are subject to our discretion/availability.
Payment on our Custom Cakes: – Your order must be Paid in Full prior to the 2-week mark of your pick up date. – If your payment has not been received by the 2-week mark, your order will automatically be canceled.
Gourmet Cupcakes:
Need a 5-day notice.
Require a minimum order of 12 per flavor.
Payments:
With the new online ordering system, all cake orders require payment in full before placing the order.
We also can no longer accept EBT/Bridge cards for cake orders through our online system.
We are happy to accept EBT/bridge cards for any of our cakes in the display case for purchase.
Artwork:
“Artwork” is considered any design or substitution outside of our classic or themed designs – Ex: Hand-piped designs (dog paw print, hearts, sports balls, etc.) – Ex: Fondant designs or gumpaste flowers (available at our discretion).
Any Artwork will incur an extra charge. – It takes extra time to create even a “simple” design. – If you are requesting something outside of our classic, themed, and traditional favorites please keep in mind there will be an upcharge.
